Registry Operation Failure

QUESTION -- When I run ScorePAD I get a couple of errors; -214721357 - Registry operation failure and then -2147217390 - Unregistered Product (License).

ANSWER -- This is a Vista compatibility issue. See our Vista User Instructions posted on this forum or on the Support page to ensure complete Vista compatibility on your machine.
